Hilary Westlake has conducted many workshops, seminars and master classes with arts students and professionals of all ages in Britain and abroad. Sessions are usually three hours but can be part of a longer programme from one to ten days or weekly over a longer period. Workshops can culminate in a performance, if required, or can address specific performance issues in theatre, circus, live art or film. Hilary is regularly asked to participate in panel discussions concerned either with funding or a more general arts agenda. Organisations and groups worked with include:
